1. You may return items purchased from BAGICBAG.COM within 14 calendar days of delivery.

2. Write us an email to info@bagicbag.com and share the intention of return or replacement of other goods.

3. The returned item must be unused, undamaged, and in the original package.

5. We commit to transfer the money within 2 working days to your original payment account after the return items are received.
